May 2021 - Present

As Community Development Strategic Planning Manager for APRIL Indonesian Operation, PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency, Riau. Play role in leading the strategic planning development to create transformative community empowerment program which aligns with business and operational sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

APRIL2030 Inclusive Progress (https://april2030.aprilasia.com) task force, designing the program strategy and road map as well as its alignment with Sustainable Development Goals
Identify key priorities and improvement opportunities to develop a strategic and impactful community development program
Develop the long-term plan to address relevant social issues, laws, and regulations
Oversee the annual and budget plan development, performs as quality controller of the proposed program
Coordinate the Program Coordinators to strengthen specific Empowerment, Enhancement, and Education Program
Establish a system to ensure the program reference is implemented on-site and updated if required
Provide technical guidance of project planning and implementation to the operation team at Head Office and area/ sectors (10 estates, 2 ports, 1 mill) from time to time

PLTP Sorik Marapi 240 MW

Geothermal Power Plant

In 2018. As a Community Development Community Relations Supervisor, located in Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatera Province. Responsible to support the project by handling social/ community issues and conduct the CDCR program.

Street Children Empowerment Program

Community Development

From 2016 to 2017.

This program is one of the flagship programs conducted with Creating Shared Value concept. Program empowered more than 400 street children in Tanjung Priok North Jakarta through Creative Economic Activity (5R++). We manage non-hazardous waste (paper, plastic, wood waste, etc.) as the basic material for making various kinds of handicrafts that have economic value.

Program widening the concept of Reduce-Reuse-Recycle with Resale (the creative product) and Re-share as the street children are able to provide training services to community and other institutions.
